1. New Customer Promotional Offers

From time to time, Myra Beauty Salon runs special promotional offers on skin care treatments. The following rules apply to all introductory or “New Customer” deals:

  1. Eligibility: These offers are strictly available to first-time clients who have never previously booked a service or treatment at Myra Beauty Salon.
  2. Limit: Limit of one (1) promotional new customer package or discount per person.
  3. Exclusions: Promotional deals cannot be combined with any other discounts, gift vouchers, or active salon offers.
  4. Non-Transferable: Deals and special offers cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to another person.

2. Bookings and Cancellation Policy

To maintain high-quality service for all our clients, we enforce a standard booking policy:

  • Appointments for promotional skin care deals must be booked in advance via our website or by contacting the salon directly.
  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Failure to show up for your appointment or canceling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of your special promotional offer or a cancellation fee.

3. Health, Safety, and Skin Consultations

Your safety and skin health are our top priorities:

  • All new clients receiving specialized skin care treatments may be required to undergo a brief skin consultation or patch test prior to the procedure.
  • If our professional staff determines that a specific treatment is unsuitable for your skin type, condition, or medical history, we reserve the right to refuse treatment or suggest an alternative option of equal value.
  • It is your responsibility to disclose all medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, and current medications (including topical creams) before your treatment begins.
  • Pricing and Payments
  • All prices listed on our website and advertisements are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
  • Prices for services are subject to change without notice; however, the price advertised at the time you “grab” or lock in your promotional deal will be honored for that specific booking.
  • Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment unless a booking deposit was required in advance.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Myra Beauty Salon is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, injury, or damage arising out of your use of our website or your receipt of any skin care treatments, except where such liability cannot be lawfully excluded.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and the relevant State or Territory in which Myra Beauty Salon operates.
